These terms of use govern the use of the web-based service EinLinio (the “Service”), operated by Andreas Sika, Im Auchtert 7, 72178 Waldachtal, Germany (the “Provider”). By registering for and using the Service, the user accepts these terms.
EinLinio is a tool for creating single-line diagrams for generating installations. The Service comprises a configuration generator, a manual editor, PDF export and project management. The diagrams produced are based on VDE-AR-N 4105 and on the technical connection conditions (TAB) of various grid operators.
Access is by invitation only. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or revoke access without stating reasons. Each account is personal and must not be passed on to third parties. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
The diagrams produced with EinLinio are a working aid and do not replace the duty of examination of the responsible qualified electrician.
The Provider gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or standards compliance of the diagrams generated. The plausibility checks built into the Service point out possible inconsistencies but cannot replace a full review against VDE-AR-N 4105 or the technical connection conditions of the grid operators.
Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the documents submitted to the grid operator rests solely with the registering contractor or the responsible qualified electrician pursuant to NELEV.
The Provider is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are breached. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.
Liability for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit is excluded. This applies in particular to damage arising from faulty diagrams, rejected grid applications or delayed commissioning.
The Provider endeavours to keep the Service highly available but cannot guarantee this. Maintenance work, technical faults or force majeure may lead to temporary restrictions. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability.
The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in the course of their commercial activity. Passing on credentials, automated access and the systematic downloading of content are prohibited.
The project data created by the user and the exported PDF files remain the property of the user.
Accounts are granted for a fixed period. The Provider informs the user before expiry. After expiry or termination, project data is deleted within 30 days unless the user exports it beforehand.
The Provider may block access with immediate effect in the event of a breach of these terms of use.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms of use be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Changes to these terms of use are communicated to the user by email and are deemed accepted if no objection is raised within 14 days.
